      项目背景
      At present, the main utilization mode of coal in China is direct combustion, accounting for about 80% of the total coal. Although the direct combustion of coal is simple, the resource utilization rate is low and the pollution is serious. By the way, gasification, coking and liquefaction technologies have some problems, such as large investment, high requirements for coal types and harsh operating conditions. However, coal classification uses polygeneration technology to realize coal grading transformation according to different components and reflection characteristics, which has the characteristics of wide adaptability of coal types, multiple production in one furnace, high economic benefit and low pollutant emission.

      Grading transformation: volatile to produce natural gas, tar to produce aromatic hydrocarbon, and semi-coke to generate electricity.

      Clean power generation: the pollutant discharge reaches the national emission standard of gas turbine.

      解决方案

      In order to make clean and efficient use of coal resources, Zhejiang University has developed a novel coal thermos-electric-gas-tar polygeneration system. The system consists of a circulating fluidized bed combustion furnace and a fluidized bed pyrolysis furnace. Coal is mixed and pyrolyzed with high-temperature ash from the combustion furnace in the gasification furnace, and the crude gas produced can be used as fuel gas or raw material gas after purification. Tar collected in the process of gas purification can be further processed to extract monocyclic and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, or liquid fuel can be prepared by hydrofining. The semi-coke produced by pyrolysis in the gasification furnace is sent to the circulating fluidized bed combustion furnace for combustion, and the generated steam is used for electric power production and heating.

      取得效果

      After years of research and development, we have completed the construction of a 1MW small test bed and a large number of hot experimental studies. On this basis, we have completed the construction of the demonstration device of thermos-electric-gas-tar polygeneration system consisting of 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and fluidized bed gasifier, and the demonstration project of partial transformation of 300MW generator set. The hot commissioning shows that the demonstration device of the multi-connected system is stable, easy to adjust, safe and reliable, stable in tar and gas production, and realizes the production of many high-value products in an organic integrated system with coal as resources.
